How
do I order designs from A
Few Designs website? Our designs
are now available in two main ways. Choice
1: Choose
the design you
would like and click the buy now button. This will enable you to
purchase that design.
(Designs bought
this way may be singular, a group or a specified collection) Choice 2: Choose the option in which you can order a CD to be posted to you. This option will give you the designs in all formats, with a colour chart on a CD posted via registered post. The registered Post fee of $9.95 will be added to your order. This choice will not give the designs to you until the CD has arrived by post. What
do I get when I buy a
design? When you
buy a design off our website, you will get a number of
things. Each design is multi-formatted and comes complete with a colour
chart
(if more than one colour). Formats
include: .jef, psw, xxx, art, pes, hus, vip, vp3 and pcs Certain designs such as 3D and appliqué will also include instructions on how to achieve the technique. Ordering

all designs be available
in all formats? No, All
designs are not available
in all formats because of smaller hoop sizes on some machines. Can
I choose my own group of
designs and get them put onto CD? No! At this time, individual designs are available only through the auto download via the web page We will not put individual choices onto CD's to be posted.
Help!! I
am having a problem downloading the designs I bought my computer tells me this program might
harm my computer” If you
get this message ignore it and continue, this will not harm your
computer and
all designs are virus tested.. (your computer is just asking
permission) Following
are the download instructions: All the designs are in a multiformat but first you must
unzip the designs. Follow the instructions below Step 1: Click on the link (blue writing) this will save
it on your computer. Step 2: Open the folder (where you have saved it)
and
unzip by clicking on the file and following the instructions Step 3: The design can now be found at C:/ A Few
Designs/ ***(design name) (open through your sewing program) The colour chart if supplied can also be found in the
same folder ~ open and print for future reference. When you do unzip, you will have all the formats. You
will choose the format for your machine (depending on your sewing
program you may
only see your format), the extra formats can be deleted if you like. Not
comfortable sending your
credit card number over the internet If you do not feel comfortable sending your credit card number over the internet then you may order by phone or post, whichever you feel most comfortable with. How
do I order by Phone? Browse
through our online catalogue. When
you have chosen which

and we will take your order over the phone (Have
your credit card ready). Remember
phone orders can only be design collections supplied on CD
not individual designs Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5 pm AEST. How
do I order by Mail? Print the order form that is on
the web site and fill it in (or just write a note
telling me which design collection you would like). We accept
credit cards, and money orders for orders by mail
(inside Australia). Browse
through the online catalogue and make
your selections. Mail your

orders All orders
outside Australia must use Paypal. If
ordering a
CD (Hard
Copy) from outside Australia, you will need to first email for postage
rates. What

FEW DESIGNS accept? A FEW DESIGNS accepts Visa, MasterCard, money orders and Paypal. Who
can purchase from A FEW

DESIGNS is open to everyone. We have no minimum purchasing
requirements. SHIPPINGWe will
make every
effort to post your order as quickly as possible and most orders are
posted
within 1-2 days of placing your order. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES What
happens when I cannot find the design I purchased Go to search on your computer put in “A Few Designs” and the design name if you know it. If all you know is a few designs your computer will bring up any designs you have purchased from “a few designs” and you will be able to locate the missing design. What
happens if I delete my
design that I have downloaded? If you
accidently delete the design, we can resend you the design
that you have
purchased online. You will need to email and advise us the date of purchase, paypal
transaction ID number, design name
& number(if
possible). This will
correlate with our records and we can then reissue the
design. The email address given to us must be the same as the
purchasing one
listed by paypal. What
if I have a problem
loading the embroidery designs from the CD? Firstly,
follow the Installation sheet that is included with your
embroidery CD. If you are still having trouble, phone and I will walk
you
through the process. We are happy to help you. What
is your return policy? We do not
credit but we will replace if the product is faulty or
received damaged in the post (with same). How
do I make a return? Change of
mind is not a reason to return goods. Any faulty/damaged
returned goods will only be replaced with same. Before you
make a return, please phone or email so I can check
with you what the problem is and make the arrangements necessary for a
replacement if
required. Goods
sent for replacement
without notification will not be dealt with. Replacement
will only be processed once the merchandise has been
received. Please send a copy of your purchase receipt and state what
the
problem is. Returns
must be returned by registered post as I will not be
responsible for losses in the post (you will not be charged postage for
the
replacement of goods). Returns

& NO I you are
allowed sell at markets and the like articles with the
designs stitched on, provided you are not a commercial enterprise and
you
acknowledge where the designs have come from. If you are a commercial
enterprise and want designs to stitch
on your products you can contact me and have designs especially created
for you
that will be yours alone to do with what you want. These designs would
them be
